Use only inputs you own or have permission to process. Illegal content, abuse, impersonation, non-consensual intimate imagery, usage-limit bypasses and access to another user's jobs are prohibited.

Review generated outputs before use. Text, faces and fine details can be inaccurate. Originality, legal clearance, accuracy and suitability are not guaranteed; commercial use must follow provider terms and others' rights.

The service is provided as available. Save useful outputs locally; temporary URLs and browser drafts are not permanent backups. An uncertain model submission is not automatically resubmitted.

Paid-plan prices, renewal, monthly release and Lifetime conditions are described in [the pricing guide](https://ideogram45.net/pricing.md). Refunds revoke the associated remaining allowance. The full terms page includes the acceptable use policy, prohibited categories, moderation limitations and report/appeal channel. Support: yangzx92+ideogram45@gmail.com.
